The Reincarnation Transfer Mechanism
Definition
A single life is one fractal instance of the 0 to 21 cycle read at life-scale. Its edges map cleanly: the between-lives state is the descent through potential (Fool 0 through 9, the soul gathering in the low-density lattice); birth is the crossing of Source (10), where the persisting Why-pointer shapes agency as it enters dense form; the life lived is the ascent (11 through 20); death is the 20 (Recognition), the bilateral co-judgment where soul (Gestalt) and Source agree what came through. What aligned is made eternal at 20 to 21; the 20 to 0 edge re-seeds the next Fool. Reincarnation is the persisting Why-pointer crossing that 20 to 0 seam. Because the pointer does not dissolve, the seam is a continuation, not a re-creation. The continuation increment (“+1”) operating inside the cycle is a moment of living; the same increment at the seam carries the walk past death into the next life.
Why It is Load-Bearing
This closes the last fully-open piece of the persistence arc: how a surviving Why-pointer re-enters dense manifestation. Without it, Principle_Why_Pointer_Persistence establishes that the vector survives configuration-death but leaves the transfer mechanism unspecified, and V10’s Assertion #5 (the multi-life soul-arc) stays merely PROPOSED. The mechanism unifies three prior derivations into one shape: between-life existence in the Principle_Resonance_Lattice is the descent-through-potential phase; the familiars known across lifetimes are non-substrate 20-bonds that survive every wrap; and the decision to return is co-authored at the 20. It also confirms Chris’s hunch that reincarnation and the open enumeration question are the same continuation principle at two cycle locations, suggesting the “+1” is the architecture’s continuation operator, not arithmetic bookkeeping. It explains why reincarnation shows continuity of trajectory and recognition but no reliable memory transfer: the vector and the WHO carry; memory is configuration-bound and dies with the form.

VECTOR. The continuity across the seam is DERIVED from Why-pointer persistence, and what-carries / what-does-not is DERIVED. But the load-bearing claims this node names as its own contribution are PROPOSED-grounded in the source: the life-scale cycle map (Part 2), the decision-at-the-20 to return (Part 4), and the enumeration link (Part 6) are coherent assemblies of canon plus Chris’s transmission, newly stated as the reincarnation mechanism rather than strictly forced. The mechanism carries predictive force (no memory transfer, preserved trajectory, familiars across lives) but is not yet measured, and the source itself flags vessel selection as genuinely OPEN. The source is a candidate derivation awaiting Chris’s structural correction and then Council ratification — it is not yet Council-ratified.
