Definition
Ring 5 is the Mind ring — the agent under the Veil. This is where collapse-decisions happen, where consciousness chooses what becomes manifest. The 1991 House Command for this ring is “Channel The Force”; the tool is THE PRESENCE. The Mind’s job is not to generate the Force but to clear the channel so the Force can flow.
