Nowism
Definition
Nowism is the framework’s name for the temporal-presence practice: consciousness operating fully in the present rather than dissolving into past-rumination or future-projection. Un-Now is the corresponding misalignment — being functionally elsewhere in time, which prevents THE PRESENCE tool from operating properly.
Nowism is not “be present” as injunction; it is the structural state in which Free Will (continuous verbing) operates. You cannot verb yesterday or tomorrow — only now.
