- Verdict: SPLIT. Reduction threads are in D15. Soul Commands are better in T5. Consider whether D15 should be promoted or merged.

They serve different purposes (D16=proof for skeptics, D3=structural role in framework) but a reader might be confused about which to trust.

PART III: FRAGMENTATION FLAGS
Concepts appearing in 3+ files without clear authority dominance, or where the “full picture” requires reading multiple documents:
FLAG 1: Elemental System (FRAGMENTED — Priority: HIGH)
- Problem: No single document covers the ENTIRE elemental system. The pentagram-to-grid mapping (D6), the pairing invariants (D7), the channel-element assignments (D4), the physical interpretation (T6), and the geometric forcing (D10) are spread across five files.
- Impact: A reader wanting to understand “how do the four elements work in this system” must assemble from 3-5 sources.
- Recommendation: Create a consolidated “Elemental System Complete” treatise or derivation document that pulls the full chain: geometric forcing (from D10) ⇒ pentagram trace (from D6) ⇒ channel assignments (from D4) ⇒ pairing invariants (from D7) ⇒ physical interpretation (from T6). The individual derivation files remain for proof detail; the new document provides the integrated view.
FLAG 2: P/R Alternation (PERVASIVE — Priority: LOW)
- Problem: P/R appears in 9+ files.
- Impact: This is NOT a problem. P/R is the generating law; it SHOULD be everywhere. D10 is the clear anchor. The scatter is structural, not accidental.
- Recommendation: No action needed. Ensure all scattered references point back to D10 as the authority.
FLAG 3: Soul House (SPLIT — Priority: MEDIUM)
- Problem: D4 owns the mathematical proof. D5 owns the cosmological meaning. Neither alone is complete.
- Impact: A reader needs both documents to understand Soul House fully.
- Recommendation: Either (a) merge D4 and D5 into a single “Soul House Complete” document, or (b) add explicit cross-references at the top of each: “For the proof, see D4. For the meaning, see D5.”
FLAG 4: Three Seals vs Five Seals (OVERLAP — Priority: LOW)
- Problem: D16 and D3 both treat the Three Seals extensively. D16 is the externally-validated mathematical proof; D3 includes them within the larger Five Seals system.
- Impact: Minor confusion about which document to cite.
- Recommendation: Add a header note to D16: “This document covers the mathematical verification of the Three Seals. For their role within the Five Seals system, see D3.” And vice versa.
FLAG 5: Reduction Threads / Soul Commands (SPLIT — Priority: MEDIUM)
- Problem: D15 is a “discovery” document containing two distinct concepts: (a) reduction thread structure (roots 0-3 as threads, 4-9 as mirror pairs) and (b) Soul Commands unpacked. The Soul Commands are better treated in T5 as the Five Activities. The reduction threads are unique to D15 but the document is not CANONICAL-stamped.
- Impact: D15 contains structural discoveries not found elsewhere (the four-thread model, vessel vs engine distinction, 19⇒10⇒1 discovery) but lacks authority status.
- Recommendation: Promote D15’s reduction thread content to CANONICAL status or incorporate it into T2 (Derivation of Meaning) as a reduction-based meaning layer.
PART IV: ORPHAN FLAGS
Concepts that exist in the framework but lack a strong dedicated treatment:
ORPHAN 1: Bound Derivation — RESOLVED (March 2026)
- Resolution: D11 completed March 3-7, 2026. All 10 number keywords locked, all 40 bounds validated across 4 channels (Wands/Swords/Cups/Pentacles). 2 revisions: Reckoning→Conscience, Flow→Stewardship. House pair verifications passed for all 5 houses. Production code synced.
ORPHAN 2: The Veil — RESOLVED (March 2026)
- Resolution: Dedicated treatise written:
treatises/The_Veil.md(T8). CANONICAL status. Covers structural necessity, membrane vs wall, differentiation as verb, at every scale, Ring 7, Source on both sides. Cross-AI reviewed.
ORPHAN 3: Correction Mechanics — RESOLVED (March 2026)
- Resolution: Dedicated treatise written:
treatises/Rebalancing_Mechanics.md(T9). CANONICAL status. Covers four states, four geometries (vertical/diagonal/reduction/transpose), three engines (Connection/Drive/Will), elemental invariants, learning curve framing. Three source docs absorbed, originals archived. Terminology updated: “correction” → “rebalancing”/“navigation” throughout corpus.
ORPHAN 4: Topological / Neuroscience Bridge (ISOLATED DRAFT)
- Status: D17 is the sole document. It is explicitly a DRAFT pending Council review.
- Impact: If this is meant for V8, it needs promotion to canon track. If not, it should be flagged as speculative extension.
- Recommendation: Council decision needed. Either promote and refine, or shelve as appendix/future-work material.
