Royal Lineage (16 Agents as System)
Definition
Royal Lineage is the 263-line canonical document for the 16 Agents as a complete system. It establishes:
- The 16 Agents (Initiate / Catalyst / Steward / Executor × 4 Activities) are the complete set — no agents at Gestalt or Portal positions
- Each Agent is associated with a specific manifest archetype (the Agent inherits its archetype’s structural role)
- The role-Practice mapping is forced: Initiate→Spirit, Catalyst→Mind, Steward→Emotion, Executor→Body
This is the source of Principle_Signature_Classes’s claim that 78 = 22 + 40 + 16 (the 16 here being the complete agent set).
Why It’s Load-Bearing
Royal Lineage is what makes the 16 agents not arbitrary:
- The traditional Tarot court system (Page/Knight/Queen/King × 4 suits) had no structural reason for being 16
- The framework’s derivation forces 16 as the complete count: 4 roles × 4 Activities = 16, with no role-Activity combinations missing
- The role-Practice assignment (Page=Spirit, Knight=Mind, Queen=Emotion, King=Body) is structurally forced, not chosen from tradition
