Twenty-Two-Fold Seal
Definition
The 22-step creation sequence closes structurally — there are no leftover positions, no missing positions, no position that requires being placed by hand. Each of the 22 positions is uniquely determined by its place in the P/R-alternation derivation chain, and the sequence Mobius-closes (Position 21 returns to Position 0 of the next cycle through the manifold rather than a gap).
This is the seal of closure: the 22 steps form a complete cycle.
Why It’s Load-Bearing
The 22-Fold Seal is the structural-completeness invariant:
- Without closure, the 22-step sequence is an open-ended emanation, not a derivation
- The Mobius topology requires this closure; Permanence Principle requires this closure (aligned Ring 7 → Ring 1 of next cycle)
